The high-efficiency PPR/HDPE Single tube and one mode double pipe extrusion line, is specially designed by JWELL company, to match PPR/HDPE material characteristics. The lines equipped with self-designed JWS series high- efficiency single-screw extruders, with SIEMENS PLC controlling system, then achieve automatic control of the entire production line from the extruder to the auxiliary machine with high output capacity and reliable extrusion.
The pipes produced by this production line are small -diameter HDPE water supply pipe, gas pipe, PPR, PE-RT, PE-X, PB, etc., which are widely used in the production of pipes of water supply and radiant floor heating for residential buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, stadiums and rural areas.
