Product Description
This ABS sheet production line can produce 4 kinds of industrial board for different application purpose: 1)ABS,HIPS/GPPS Refrigerator board. These board is used for refrigerator door and inner gallbladder, drawers, water dispensers, etc. 2) ABS/PMMA sanitary plate. Mainly for the field of bath products, such as the bathtub, the shower cabinet, the vapor room, washing bowl, etc. 3) ABS/PC Baggage plate. Mainly applied in the field of draw-bar boxers, luggage cases, recreation bags, etc. 4) ABS,ABS+PC car plate: mainly used in to produce tops of cars and buses, instrument boards, backrest, car doors, window frames, shells of the motorcycles, golf vehicles, etc.

Either HIPS or ABS materials can be used in this extrusion line. This line adopts two extruders to produce single or double layer sheets. The quality and specification of sheets produced meet the requirement of all size door and cabinet sheets of refrigerators.
The extruder is mainly made of mixer, drying system, feeding system, main extruder part, co-extruder part, vacuum system, screen changer, metering pump, fluid allocator, T-die (coat-hanger type passage), three-roller calendar, three rollers cooling system, cooling bracket, corona device, edge and middle cutting device, haul-off machine, sheet cutting machine, conveyor, sheets moving or turn- over stacking robot and electric equipment.

Volumetric feeding system for two different material, before that we provide hot air dryer unit, we also can supply multi-components gravimetric dosing system, with different brand options.
Gravimetric dosing type as below picture
ABS/HISP sheet extruder, base on customer different capacity requirement, we provide different diameter venting extruder, we have standard one 120/38, 130/38, or high capacity 160/38.
Screen changer we use single plate double position type, this we design and manufacture by ourselves. Melt pump we have different brand options, Switzerland Magg, US Nordson brand and Chinese brand melt pump.
T-Die made by JWELL, with deckling system to adjust sheet width
Three roller calendar unit, we provide different roll diameter base on customer capacity choice. Roller gap adjustment we have mechanical, hydraulic and automatically adjust. Automatic adjust, you can directly input what thickness gap you required, then just input on computer, roller will adjust automatically.
Cooling bracket length depend extruder output and line speed. On cooling bracket after three roller calendar we have edge trimming unit, also the middle slit blade to cut sheet into two pieces.
After haul off unit we have online cut edge trimming sheet,
and belt conveyor to online crusher.
We provide reverse sheet to the good surface and shining side
Guillotine with length counting, can set manual and auto cutting.
JWELL provide different kind of stacking system, with manipulator or robot hand to move sheet.
