JWL series single screw pelletizing machine adopt special screw design and is suitable for recycling various plastic such as PP, PE, ABS, PC, etc. It can be designed as a single-stage or double-stage production line, with strand cutting or water ring cutting. The gearbox is designed with high torque to achieve low noise and smooth operation. 

 

1. Gearbox: We use Chinese good brand or oversea famous brand. High speed, lower noise, longer working life. 

2. Screw and barrel: High quality and anti-wear segment. 

3. Control: Whole line use Siemens PLC control. 

4. Feeding system: We use weight sytem and mixing system on line. Accurately measure the weight of each material and thoroughly mixed.
