JWELL PET/PLA Sheet /Film Extrusion Line
PET extrusion, or called PET sheet extruder,PET extrusion machine is quite popular in global market. Especially for PET easy recycled nature in food packaging or other packaging field, PET is quite an ideal thermoforming packaging material nowadays. The most common seen PET sheet extruder machine models are: 800mm PET sheet extrusion line, 75 twin screw extruder,output capcity: 300-350 kg/h, and 800mm PET sheet production line,85 twin screw extruder, output capacity:500-600kg/h.Depending on different formulation, mateiral or viscosity, JWELL also offers PET sheet line with output capacity of up to 800kg/h, 1000kg/h and 3000kg/h. PET/PLA Twin Screw Extrusion Line
JWELL parallel twin screw extrusion line for PET extrusion, is a vacuum degas drying-free and energy-saving line, with the characteristics of low energy consumption, simple process and convenient use and maintenance. According to the customer's production capacity requirements, there are various specifications and models of co-rotating parallel twin extruders with screw diameters of 75/85/95/110/135mm. The segmented screw combination structure can effectively reduce the viscosity loss of PET resin, the symmetrical and thin-wall calender roller increases the cooling effect and improve the capactity and sheet quality. Multi components dosing feeder can control the percentage of virgin material, recycling material and master batch precisely, the PET sheet or PLA sheet produced is widely used for thermoforming packaging industry or other fields.
