JWELL Blown film extrusion line adopts a unique screw structure and specially optimized design for raw materials such as HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, mLLDPE, EVA, EAA, etc., which can achieve better plasticizing effect and extrusion stability.niformity. The whole machine is also equipped with an automatic air ring, an online thickness measure-ment system, and a weightless feeding system. These auxiliary configurations can effectively improve film output and thickness uniformity.This unit uses a heat-insulating heating ring, an energy-saving drive motor, and adopts high-er-precision processing and assembly methods, which reduces the energy consumption per ton of products by about 20% compared with traditional models.
