The line equipped with self-designed JWS serier high-efficiency single screw extruders, with Siemens PLC controlling system, then achiven automatic controlling of the whole line from main extruder to down streams equipments. The production lines adopts European advanced technology, It is a new technical achievement of energy-saving production line, which is suitable for high speed extrusion of HDPE,PP, PPR,PERT and other polyolefin pipe. Compared with classic production line, the energy-saving effect reacher up to 35% and the product effciency is double increased. thus it is not only saving the cost of space, and labor force, but also improving efficiency. This production line has nice apperance,higher automatical degree, reliable and stable production.
