The single screw granulation production line is an efficient plastic particle manufacturing equipment, which is designed and operated to convert a variety of powder and granular raw materials into small spherical particles with a diameter of about 1-10mm through a series of process steps. The single-screw granulation machine mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Charging feeder: responsible for putting the raw materials into the granulator, and delivering the raw materials to the next process through rotation.

2, single screw extruder: screw in the process of rotation, the raw materials through the barrel screw for a series of extrusion, friction, so that the raw materials heating, softening to reach a melting state.

3. Automatic mesh filter: Set the automatic mesh filter at the discharge port of the extruder, commonly known as the mesh filter, which can filter the total impurities of raw materials, and not affect the production progress in the process of replacement.

4, grain cutting die: usually located at the back end of the net changer, used to determine the size of the diameter of the plastic particles produced, so that the size is consistent, in line with the standards.

5, sink: mainly play a cooling role, from the mold extrusion of the strip material through the sink cooling to a certain temperature

6, automatic grain cutter: after the cooling of the plastic strip into the grain cutter cut into particles, by adjusting the speed of rotation to control the length of the plastic particles, the faster the speed, the shorter the particles.

7, centrifugal dehydrator: dry particle water

8, vibration screen: screening qualified particles

9, storage bin: qualified plastic particles of the hand are collected and stored
