1. Fixed center height
No adjustment required when changing specifications, easy to operate
Changing specifications only requires loosening one screw
The module width, installation dimensions, and operation methods are the same. The modules are completely universal, the equipment investment and maintenance costs are lower, and the production organization is flexible.
2. Double gear drive, independent running track
The driving gear is changed from a single gear drive to a double gear drive, so that the upper and lower sides of the sliding seat are stressed at the same time, which reduces the uneven force during operation and makes the module operation more stable.
The two tracks operate independently, and the equipment can operate stably for a long time in any state.
3. Add a special tractor
The signal control of the tractor comes from the cutting machine, ensuring the synchronization and accuracy of the pipe cutting moment; reducing miscutting;
Provide forward force for the pipe, effectively reduce the load of the molding machine, and prevent the molding machine from over-current shutdown protection;
Prevent the backlog of pipes, effectively avoid the expansion and deformation of the produced pipes, and ensure the stability of production.
4. Cooling water circulation
The module is fully sealed with pressure water cooling, which prevents leakage and rust, extending the service life of the equipment.
The cooling water circulation system is changed from a single-row roller chain to a double-row roller chain, which makes the pipeline circulation more stable and the pipe socket no longer tilts.
5. Stacker weighing system
During the production process, individual pipes are weighed in real time and the meter weight of the pipe is monitored.
