Also it is of Optical application value, and solar photovoltaic as well.
There are two types of production method: by roller forming and water cooling forming, the thickness of final product will be 0.38-1.52mm, width will be 500-3400mm, transparent, color strip and full color film are optional.

Parallel twin screw extruder - EVA/POE solar encapsulation film production line
Compared with the traditional single-screw photovoltaic film production line, the co-rotating parallel twin-screw extruder line adopts innovated processing method,instead of using pre-mixed static process. The whole line is equipped with an automatic metering system, which feeds EVA/POE, cross-linking agent and other additives in a branch way, and completes the mixing and extrusion in the twin screw. At present, it is equipped with an ultra-high torque 135 main engine, and the specific torque reaches the cutting-edge level in the industry. The ultra-high torque equipment makes the average shear of the material lower, retaining more physical properties, and with the unique screw combination design and appropriate speed, it brings large output while reducing shear, preventing EVA/POE from cross-linking during the extrusion process. The whole line has a high degree of automation and low energy consumption , which can bring higher economic benefits to the customers.
