The general process flow of the triple-bubble method is as follows:
Raw materials & additives → Uniform mixing → Melt extrusion → Multi-layer die extrusion → Film parison (first bubble) → Cooling & shaping → Water bath heating → Hot air preheating → Secondary inflation (second bubble) → Cooling & shaping (third bubble) → Rotary winding → Cross-linking → Printing → Bag making → Packaging & warehousing.
