Product Description
Used for differetn kinds of plastic material, such as PVC, TPO, PE etc. Being able to product below sheet:
Plastic roll Sheet(Model: H): Without coating with inner reinforced or outer material.
Roll sheet with outer fiber(Model L): coating with fiber or non-woven fabric.
Inner reinforced roll sheet(Model P): Inner layer coats with polyester mesh.
Inner reinforced roll sheet (Model G): Inner layer coats with glass fiber
This line is producing multi-layer sheet which is windely used in the green roof, flat roof and the sloping roof.
Higer capacity, higher speed, higher quality, lower consumption and lower worker cost.
We also use Siemens PLC control for the whole line. So this line is fully automatic.
We also supply auto winding system which is controlled by PLC.
Auto winding, auto cutting, auto changing the roll.
Product application
For Waterproofing usaege in industrial and civil building including the green roof, flat roof and the slopping roof.
Underground water proof: reservoir, dam, pool. Waterproof in tunnel ,grain depot, artifical engineeering, landfill, aritificial lake.
