JWT series PET bottle sheet single screw recovery granulation machine is mainly used for the production of high standard spinning grade PET particles. It is equipped with dehumidification crystallization drying system, the screw adopts special LTM low temperature mixing element, the main machine adopts energy-saving insulation cover structure, is equipped with booster pump system and two-stage two-cylinder melt filter to ensure the uniformity of the temperature of the material and improve the purity of the material. The granulation line can effectively control the B value and L value, and the viscosity reduction is minimized.

1. Gearbox: We use Chinese good brand or oversea famous brand. High speed, lower noise, longer working life. 

2. Segment: High quality and anti-wear segment. 

3. Control: Whole line use Siemens PLC control. 

4. Feeding system: We use weight sytem and mixing system on line. Accurately measure the weight of each material and thoroughly mixed.
