 PVC extrusion die head used high quality alloy steel manufacturing, channel surface with brightness and anti-corrosive. Wide flow channel design to ensure the retention time of the melt in the die head 
and the largest extrusion production.

In view of the large diameter PVC pipe,the vacuum tank used double vacuum chamber structure design, equipped with a circular plate, making pipe roundness and forming better.Haul-off unit used 2 to 10 caterpillars, mating with different specifications of the planetary cutting machine, adapt to all PVC dimensions pipe production.Optional online belling machine

The extruder is equipped with AC variable frequency or DC speed drive, imported temperature controller. The calibration unit's pump and haul off unit's reducer are famous brand products. After simple changing of the die and screw and barrel, it also can produce the foam profiles,the effect can be better than single screw extruder.

Jwell : We supply the whole layout for the extrusion project including workshop details.
