Product Description

Spinning-bonded non-woven fabric production line is a special equipment used for the production of spun-bonded non-woven fabric. 1. Production line composition
The spinning-bonded non-woven fabric production line mainly consists of the following parts:
Raw material preparation system: including the storage, transportation and pretreatment of raw materials, to ensure the stable supply and qualified quality of raw materials.
Melting extrusion system: This is the core part of the production line, and a high-temperature melt extruder is usually used to heat the polymer raw material to a molten state and form fiber bundles through the die head.

Fiber extension and mesh laying system: after leaving the mold, the fiber bundle forms the monofilament fiber through the high-speed extension device, and then the fiber is evenly laid on the conveyor belt through the mesh laying device to form the fiber mesh.
Reinforcement system: fiber mesh after reinforcement treatment, such as hot rolling, chemical bonding or acupuncture, to enhance the strength and stability of the non-woven fabric.
Cutting and rewinding system: the reinforced non-woven fabric is cut into the required size through the cutting device and rolled through the rewinding device for subsequent processing and transportation.
